BYU Pathway World-Wide Devotional( Zimbabwe)

 Take aways from the BYU Pathway Devotional.

BYU Pathway is a typical example of how technology is disrupting higher education. I had the liberty to attend a webiner this weekend co hosted by some of the BYU Pathway Worldwide Leadership. They discussed on its role in higher ed and these are a few insights I received. 

1.  It takes confidence to get started with higher education, keep going and finishing.

2.  BYU Pathway is disrupting the cost , access and padogogy of higher education.

3.As a current student of
BYU Pathway World-Wide and Brigham Young University respectively I have experienced first hand the impact of technology and I feel  empowered. Having grown up in a community were access and cost was the main obstacle in attaining a quality higher education. Those barriers have been disrupted by BYU Pathway World-Wide and I am on the road to be the first to gain a Bachelors Degree in my family.My passion for technology drives me to learn new skills everyday and make a contribution to society through creation of meaninful networks.
